Dr. Edna Retiracion Lopez-Maslak, MD

Great doctor! However, the staff shows no effort to communicate with the doctor any concerns the parents have while she is out of the office.

I have been with Dr. Maslak for 9 years. I love her as my children doctor but her staff is HORRIBLE. If you can get past the person answering the phone and checking you in then this is a great place. I on the other hand cannot. There are too many other options for me than to drive 45min to deal with her HORRIBLE staff. We will miss you Dr. Maslak.

I have several bad experiences with Dr. Edna Maslak and her staff. Finally I made a wise decision to discontinue her services. I can't take their unprofessionalism, lack of care, rude attitudes (doctor and staff) and incompetence.

i just made a call,and got sooooo disappointed of the receptionist.i was asking questions because i want to know these things so that when the baby is born,i would know how the pediatrician would deal with my concerns regarding the baby,and the receptionist just hang up.soooo NOT RIGHT!!!!

I don't recommend this doctor because she has a bad attitude to treat patients and is not qualified to give effective treatments.

Staff needs to address scheduling, and to not get annoyed when asked for clarification ex. appiontment times this would greatly reduce wait times
