Dr. Eduard Docu, MD

This is the best internal medicine practice in town. The administration staff are all super sweet. They never mind when I need “another “ copy of my labs. Dr. Docu is very nice, professional and through. He’s encouraging and keeps a close eye on your labs. I’ve never had anything but great experiences with this practices. I feel lucky to be their patient.

Worst and weirdest experience ever with office staff at Dr Docu’s. First time patient and had no one notify me of tests results after 2 weeks. Phoned to ask about my results and a woman named Becky spoke to me in a most unprofessional, rude manner. I cannot believe a doctor would knowingly keep staff that are so course and unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eduardo Doco MD for over 2 years. In that 2 year period, I have never met the man. I have been seen by his Nurse Practitioner Judy. Judy is an outstanding medical provider. Very caring, concern, listens. She gives you her complete attention. She is amazing. She makes a patient comfortable. She truly is a asset to this practice. Office Manager. She truly needs training in being professional. If there is a question or concern about a bill. Get ready, she refuses to discuss this in a professional adult manner. I can not described the unprofessional treatment that was given. Because of her behavior. I will no longer be a patient with Dr. Docu. It would of been nice, to actually been introduced to the man. I now understand why Judy is referred to as Dr. Judy. The Office Manager actions, negative attitude. Will differently be a reason for patients to seek another Dr.

Dr Docu listened to my concerns about often change in my blood pressure and gave me a good advice how and when to measure it, and what to improve in my diet and exercise , without putting me on medications. Thank you, Dr Docu!

I went to see Dr. Docu on Friday for the 1st time and he was great. I was looking for a doctor who was familiar with chronic pain /fibromyalgia and I found the perfect 1. He is very smart and knowledgeable and patient. He took 30 minutes answering me and my husband's questions. He is having all kinds of blood work done as well as sending me to a rheumatologist, something none of my past doctors did. I highly recommend him.

We appreciate the entire staff for their attentiveness to our overall wellbeing. They appears to "really" care (which is hard to find with any doctor now days) The wait is minimal the longest I've ever been waited15 minutes on VERY FEW OCCASIONS! I think it's obvious he and his staff genuinely care about the pts. Myself nor any of my family members have ever had a negative experience. At my prior doctors office I waited 1-2 hrs to be seen. Every one in the office knows our names. )Lastly, the staff is always smiling. And, that matters to our family. The costumer service is great MYSELF AND MY FAMILY'S DEFINITELY GET "SATISFACTION " EVERY VISIT...AND WE RECOMMEND EVERYONE WE KNOW TO DFM

Anyone who wants to see a good Doctor should stay away from this office. They are not only rude, but I was discharged for drug screen that showed up false positive for methamphetamine which I have never seen or touched in my life. It was nasal spray, if they would have done blood test it would show that I'm right. I also showed positive for something that they prescribed me. WOW, I'd put my life in someone's hand that can't read what meds they put u on. Good Luck if you go there.

Check your bills. They are constantly overcharging my insurance company for services not received. All they want is money, no real concern about the patient.

A good doctor with a rude front office staff. The office staff is not caring of patients illnesses.

Always easy and comfortable. I recommend Dr. Docu to everyone I know.
