Dr. Eduardo Covarrubias, MD

My first time there. The staff on front were very friendly n polite. The Dr is an excellent professional person. I like the way he treat my son. I would recommend.

I have had it with dr. Covarrubias!! His staff is very rude and with no sense of professionalism. The dr. (which i think was Reina) that had to see my daughter left without telling them or that's what they said and had us waiting in one room for 45 min. and when they realized it they moved us to another and made us wait for another 45 min.. i just stepped out of their office...and of course i'm changing doctors

I really like Dr. Eduardo Covarrubias. He is professional and seems to care about his patients. However, I cannot say the same about his staff. His staff lacks of professionalism and they are very rude. They treat people with lack of respect and they let their frustrations out to the patients and their parents. Moreover, they are very disorganizing with patients paper work. I hope Dr. Covarrubias can read this review and make changes in their staff or provide some type training in how to treat people.
