If you are looking for a primary care, do NOT go here. The office manager Dorien does not care about the patient rather the insurance, how to bill properly. When you make an appointment and show up on time, you are automatically waiting 2+hrs before you get to see the Nurse Practitioner. Either consider re-vamping their process on seeing patients first OR should take a class on: Patient is your god, customer is your god. This office does NOT understand the value of customer-relationship. Highly disapprove of this practice. There is 1 NP to see patients and I haven't even seen the doctor. Please read for your love ones before going here. Made me wait through their NP's lunch time, while myself didn't get to have lunch. Appointment was at 11am, didn't see me until 2pm.

Only to have a 5 min conversation that all my lab results were fine and walk me out.

What made me go to Dr palanca was the greatness and Superior Service that he is provided my husband and I both go there and are treated very special and we love is Dr he's excellent at what he does he's knowledgeable and he's very smart and the staff there is just excellent Lisa Rodger Jasmine Doreen the doctor it's just like a family place it's great

Both my husband and I used Dr. Palanca as our primary care physician. We are very pleased with his professionalism and his caring personality! He is very thorough with his medical expertise and We always feel well taken care of. If we have to call him for a medical reason after hours He always responds quickly. I consider him an excellent doctor and would never go to anyone else!

Dr. Palanca is a certified Marajuana MD. Well, he is a very greedy for money that is for sure!!! $250 cash to be seen for a 70 day prescription!!! Then another $100 every 70 days to renew your prescription. CRAZY~GREEDY!!! The Doctor at the dispensary charges $169 for the 1st visit with a SEVEN MONTH PRESCRIPTION and $169 with an included Dr. visit every seven months to renew the prescription!! WOW!!! Big difference!!! Do not use Dr. Palanca for Marajua As a follow~up I received a call from Dr. Palanca on my answering machine saying that the prescription renewal price would be $75 ~ $125 depending upon what "DEAL" I made at my initial visit ~ he hoped we could work this out and please don't write a bad review. "DEAL??" I wasn't offered a "deal." I was told $75 every 3 months...almost 3 months. (70 days) Then I called to renew and was told $100 on the phone. I feel like this is like a dealer from the street, perhaps. Why doesn't everyone get the same "deal?" I have found a new… doctor and will never use this person who puts $$$ ahead of the well being of patient health. With PTSD I do not need added stress. With Spina Bifida, Lupus, and R.A.~this anger sky rocketed my emotional and physical pain. "First do no harm."

Compassionate and caring I would highly recommend this office

Doctor Palanca is a fantastic guy. It took me a long time to find a primary care doctor I liked but it was worth it. My only complaint is the wait time which is usually an hour or more.

Dr Palanca is a mixture of physicians. He does try, but he is no longer at the address listed. He is right across from Countryside High School. His Office staff leaves a lot to be desired. He really tires, but to be successful, you need lots of help.His head nurse is just plain lazy. His main helper, Roger, is absolutely the best! Just nothing bad you can say about him. Unfortunately for most of us, Dr. Palanca had dropped Medicare patients! We are stuck for an entire year! He opted out of Medicare in May 2016. I was informed by my pharmacist when a prescription refill was denied! What horrible timing and consequences. I am totally disabled, so finding a new doctor is a major disaster. Shame on you Dr. Palanca. More importantly, shame on the office staff! It doesn''t take much to send a letter to all medicare patients. This behavior is totally reckless!

He is an outstanding physician you any have to wait longer than you want once in a while but it is defiantly worth it he spends all the time needed with the patient and answers all question know question is irrelevant
