Dr. Edward Becker

Wish I could check zero stars. 4 years ago, my mom's urologist was Dr Becker. We were basically told something similar to: Stage 1 bladder cancer is one of the less serious cancers. We check every 3 months and remove cists when they show. Very manageable." Sometime later, they found a cist that needed to be removed. We had an appointment for the surgery. Two days prior to the surgery, my 82 year old mom called for the pre-op instructions. She was told that the surgery was CANCELLED and needed to be rescheduled. Not sure when we can fit you in. A short time after the surgery appointment was made, a staff person left a voice message on my mom's cell phone. Then, the person did nothing. Never thought, "Hmm, this old lady has bladder cancer, and a growing cist that requires removal, but she hasn't called back for a new appointment. Maybe I should follow up?" Nope. Nothing. The cist grew through the bladder wall leading to cancer in the Lymphatic system...yes, stage 4. My mom died… in December 2025.

Had blood in the urine and a hospital visit with kidney stone. My primary doctor recommended Dr. Becker. It''s impossible to make a phone appt. Tried on line, 4 days later, no phone call.

Dr. Becker has been my Dr. for over 16 years and he is the very best. His office assistants are excellent. We love this man he is the best of the best.

Staff is rude! Wait time is ridiculous! No bedside manner.

I have been calling for 3 days to pay the money I owe as well as make an appointment. I've called a total of 7 times over the past 3 days and left numerous messages and noone answers or returns my calls. Today I called and finally got ahold of someone and because I had my phone on speaker because I have things to do. I've already been waiting 3 days for a return call and no I get ahold of someone who hangs up on me for being to loud even after I explained that I had been calling for 3 days and needed to make an appointment and make a payment but I was on speaker and I wasnt getting off speaker because I had already been on hold almost 20 minutes to speak to someone and my time frame changed. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to make an appointment or make a payment so I dont feel like they acted professional in hanging up on me because I was being to loud. Now I'm 17 calls in, they continue to pick up and hang up on me. Completely unprofessional.

Edward Becker is the worst Urology health care professional that i have ever been treated by. Had a 5cn Tumor told me come back in ^ months. Do not use him ever . Had surgery twice . tumor came back or was never removed. For got he treated me and never gave me the chemo as recommended Catheter was left in for 5 days. Got infection. Dr Becker is a butcher not a doctor. Stay clear of this quack.

Dr Edward Becker should not be allowed to treat patients . He should be a vet . The worst > I had a tumor in my bladder Dr Becker told me go home. Dont use him find someone else

No happy at all there, tired of waiting at appointments for up to 1 Hour, I never see Dr Becker , only his assistant! Medications for E.D. jumps high in price without warning. All they want to do is tests and they all come back negative but cost my insurance a lot , Looking for new Dr now. no wonder he has a 3.5 star rating and not a 5 its all about money and not the person!

Good luck if you have to call office wait times are as ridiculous as sitting in office waiting for your appointment. Called 3 X this morning totaling 24 minutes to be hung up on 3X . No e mail address too. Make sure you give exact number for pharmacy they have called in all scripts to wrong pharmacy despite being given correct number .
