Dr. Michael Tyler, MD

To say communications, follow up, organization is terrible would be an overstatement. Zurology communications is lacking terribly. They have one email that is info@….. for everyone. You are told that they all see the emails (and attachments/lab results and will get back to you). No one including the doctor takes responsibility. I had to initiate the communications/moving up of an appointment after not hearing from them for over a month after sending them the lab results; thinking should I be concerned; they certainly don’t seem concerned? Finally at my appt Dr quickly looked at lab results for the first time (about 7 weeks after receiving them) at my appointment outside the exam room door. This doctor and office does not care about the patients; and the doctor is so arrogant that he thinks he can quickly look at the results before entering the exam room and winging it. But he couldn’t, so instead of addressing, maybe apologizing and moving on he basically suggested it wasn’t… working out and offered another doctor or referral. Hopefully I don’t have cancer and he did nothing about it. He also stated that because his PA communicated with me the week before, that was the same as communicating with him??? He evidently didn’t need to know anything because his PA did!! Not too mention they wanted me to get scoped before I even spoke with the doctor to discuss the lab results and options. All they want to do is invasive procedures. Actually I was told that a few visits before: ‘You know that is what we do here.” OMG! So glad I found all this out before I might have proceeded to do any procedures. One star is too much.

Never saw the doctor even when the appointment was with Dr Tyler, i was seen by a PA. I was never informed of the change. I expect to see the Dr. that I made the appointment with not some random PA. I did not feel comfortable felt that I did not matter to the Dr. as no one advised me of the change.

excellent doctor perfect care left me super calm to do a super delicate surgery.

Dr. Tyler provided outstanding care. He took a lot of time with me, answering all of my questions and sharing different treatment options. Follow up was great too. Highly recommend him!!
