Had to wait in waiting room one and a half hours Then half hour in office Made appointment with Dr saw PA Had surgery he never spoke with my wife before or after surgery!! NEVER had this happen before! We will not go back!!!

To begin with I waited over an hour between the waiting room and the exam room to see Dr Becker. When I was waiting to see him I overheard him on the other side of the door chatting with a coworker about the activities he was planning for the weekend and where to go out to eat etc. When he did come in he asked me what I was there for. I told him I had come to discover what he could suggest for my painful knee. He was rude and condescending but I don’t know what possibly could have set him off like that. He asked me if I could find my way to the door! He pointed and said the exit is that way. I was so humiliated! I have never been spoken to n such a manner. Gave him one star because there was no negative star.

Dishonest billing, doctor did not explain why he did an "unnecessary" ultrasound. Would NOT Recommend going there.

Dr. Becker went out of his way to accommodate me when I fell and broke my ankle on vacation. He explained everything and his team set up surgery for less than 48 hours later.
