Dr. Boylan has always been an exceptional doctor and continues to do so.

Dr Boylan has been my pcp for 30 plus years he is very caring and informative puts you at ease

Doesn’t listen to your complaint, he try to push you to go back to work as soon as possible in addition rude staff no manners or integrity he shouldn’t practice medicine again, if I have the option to put less than one star I would do it horrible place stay away.

I am very pleased with Dr. Boylan and his staff. Dr Boylan has even gone out of his way to see me when I was in the hospital under another doctor for surgery,

at least an hour wait every single time, the doctor lies about the diagnosis if it is a city related injury, extremely unprofessional. barely an actual physical examination regardless of complaint. although a regular physician, Dr. Boylen never feels the need to send his patients to specialist and instead make the decision himself, stay away from him.

I've been a patient of Dr. Boylan for 13 yrs, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Before I went to Dr. Boylan I wouldn't even go to the doctor unless I was practically dying. Now if I have a problem I don't hesitate. I am very comfortable with him and his staff is top notch. Before taking on a contract with the city workers, the wait time was minimal. That is the only negative thing I can say.

I've bounced around from bad doc to others for years before finding Doctor Boylan. Overall, I'm pleased with his professionalism and his practice. Since he took the contract with the city workers, his office can get really busy. His location - near County offices, City court, Sheriff, Journal Square, others - make it easy for all City/State workers to go there for physicals & injuries. It is unavoidable that 75% of what I have seen - schedules get pushed back because city workers come in groups for disability checkup or flu shots.. a few of those city workers and corrections folks are obviously "milking" injuries, which makes the wait seem ridiculous for a "real" patient. I've found that he knows his stuff, office staff, especially Francis are professional, and if he's not overwhelmed by city workers - he is a great doctor to work with. He's also on the forefront of digitizing all records & prescriptions.

he does most of the medical screenings for the local municipalities, he has no bedside manners, he miss diagnosis injury and illness and he rushes to place the injured persons beack to work with out further medical screening such as x-rays, or MRI. Dr. Boylan will opt for physiclal therapy for orthopedic ijuries, before x-rays and MRI's are taken, leading to worsening of the injury. he collects approx 1.5 million a year to handle municipal employee's medical care.
