Dr. Edward Thornley Bradbury, MD

I tore my ASL on the right knee and was looking for the orthodontic surgeon.... I found Dr. Bradbury by chance online... His office manager Jackie was very professional and accommodating, which greatly influenced my decision to come and see Dr. Bradbury. Dr. himself is down to earth, straightforward and confident, with more than 40 years of experience... His dry sense of humor doesn't hurt either when the fear has a chance to set in the mind due to unknown and painful experience of being hurt. Long story short - Dr, Bradbury performed a full ACL replacement and the partial meniscectomy, and everything went extremely well... Now, after a year of regular rigorous physical therapy, I finally see that the the strength and flexibility of my right knee are coming back... Deep gratitude to Dr. Bradbury and his office staff...

I've been going to Dr. Bradbury ever since I was a lilltle kid. And now the I have a little one we both go to him for any orthopedic Issues. The staff is amazing! So polite and curtious. Made me feel at ease. And Reece...what a sight for sore eye.

What I appreciated most about my patient relationship with the Dr. was the explanation of the hip surgery. It is in reality a cut and dried experience yet I had quite a bit of fear and I made a 2nd appt to discuss my unfamiliarity with the procedure and after care. I had been exposed and familiar with the medical profession as a young adult obtaining a CNA license. Dr, Bradbury improved my confidence know he has done this particular surgery for over 30 years. They've come along way from using obsidian arrow heads and sledgehammers. In fact he used tape rather than staples or stitches to close the very clean and precise incision. I recommend and trust him. The office staff is kind and was helpful with any concerns I had. They are just as Important to the process as is the man behind the scalpel. They are a fine team. As a caveat, they did not pay me to write this ;-)

I recently underwent a partial knee replacement(Oxford)and am finding my experience from the ease of the surgery to the first 11 days of recovery to be a very positive one. My pain is minimal, my walking with just a cane is progressing nicely. I'm impressed with Dr. Bradbury's no-nonsense, common sense approach to my healing process. Very glad I choose this over a complete knee replacement and with such a qualified and gifted surgeon.
