In 2011 U did the first knee replacement on my right knee at that time I was 50 yrs old the spacer u put in was too small had a problem with my knee bending ok 2013 u went back in did it all over again same knee now I can’t straighten my leg u got good money to mess my life up since 2011 not again I say NOT one day have I been pain free since then when the day come and it will come when u go to get up on ur feet to just go to the bathroom and u can’t make it because the pain from what u did supposedly to help me has changed my life forever Dr Brown I wouldn’t even wish this on u

I was a patient of Dr. Brown for years in Greenville NC. He always took time with me, answered my questions in laymen terms and I felt as if he really cared about me and the pain I was in. Dr. Brown always took the time to find the "sweet spot" where I needed my knee injections and tried to alleviate as much pain as possible. Truth is, if allowed I would drive the six hour trip to keep him as my doctor. Thank you Dr. Brown for your excellent care . Sandra Cobb

DR BROWN WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER BEEN AROUND. HE CAME IN 3 HRS AFTER APPOINTMENT AND APPEARED VERY ANGRY,RIPPED OFF THE SOFT CAST MISDIAGNOSED BONE THAT HAD BEEN SET TOLD US TO GO TO ANY HAND SPECIALIST GO NOW IF WE WANTED. WE DID SO TWO DAYS LATER AND WAS TOLD THE FINGER HAD HEALED AND ONLY NEEDED PT.

Can't get appointment. In a lot of pain can't get pain meds without appointment. Next appointment weeks out. Have to find new Dr.

Dr. Brown took his time to explain what the problem was, how to treat it and the likely hood of success was going to be. After treatment the recovery was exactly as he had described. I am very satisfied. Office wait time could be improved but not excessive.

He was such a great doctor! Very understanding about how concerned I was with my injury. Dr. Brown understands athletes and their concerns about their injuries. He answered all of my questions and reassured me that I would heal up and get back to playing my sport as soon as I recovered.
