Dr Burns was very professional and treated me like a person instead of a number.He listened to my concerns first,and he allowed me to have some say in care. He is also very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He did not act rushed when he came into my room to see me which made me feel more comfortable

Dr. Burns is thorough and makes every attempt to get to the source of the issue. He listened to my concerns, and helped me understand my options. He encouraged me to keep him up to date on my progress and come back if any changes. I felt comfortable and confident with his care.

Dr. Burns was very professional when helping with my tennis elbow. He asked several questions before he examined my elbow. He quickly found my point of discomfort. He explained several treatment plans before he suggested a shot. He also shared his personal history with tennis elbow. He shared some exercise with me before I left. I felt very comfortable and confident with my visit with him.

Dr. Burns is a sexist man that does not care about his patients. I was referred to him for a surgery consultation for my wrist. He didn't ask anything about my treatment history, what helps the pain, what makes it worse, nothing. He went through range of motion exercises on my wrist without bothering to ask me if any of it hurt or stopping when I was visibly wincing in pain. After not even 5 minutes in the room he told me "I can't see an obvious reason for it to hurt so if you can figure that out then come back". I have never had an appointment with a doctor this bad.

Dr. Burns provided excellent patient care and was sure to always explain everything in detail to where a patient could understand!
