Dr. Edward Chiang, DO

I've now used this clinic for all of my minor injuries & infections for the last two years, and I have not even MET the Doctor yet, who's name is on all of the prescriptions, and bills that I've had to pay for the "doctor" visits - but who doesn't seem to "actually" be there... In fact - the ONLY person who seems helpful and knowledgable there, is the PA, - "Anna", who is a very nice, and understanding practicioner of medicine in my opinion. However - She is the one who handles ALL of the patients apparently, so I don't even know if he is really ever actually "present" in the office there, or if he even exists! Worse though - are the front-desk ladies at this office, (particularly one named "Cianna", who...) when I try to get ahold of my "doctor" (Anna), is entirely rude and short with me. In fact - I can Rarely even get ahold of Anna if I have a question about something that is a complication, or even in a potential emergency! They just refuse to let me talk to her, or… give her my messages it seems like. Either that, or they are just so horrible at their jobs that they can't even relay a message to the PA correctly.... Either way - I've found that the only one who can even do their job right is Anna (and she is basically the doctor there!), but it is becoming too difficult to get ahold of her - as these "Customer-Screening" Front-Desk girls, are just impossible to get to actually DO anything, and are simply lazy and impolite, whenever I call in need of help, or with an infection or injury.

I had to wait over 30 minuets after I had completed all the forms on my first visit. I felt he spent very little time with me as a new patient (10-15) minuets. The pharmacy allerted me as well as the doctor to the interactions of meds he prescribed. The doctor did not follow up with me, I had to call his office to voice my concerns about it. I certainly hope this is not the norm for this office.Very Concerned

I have been seeing Dr. Chiang as my skin doctor for three years. A few years ago I went to see Dr. Chiang after getting my smile lines filled out from another doctor who used a dirty needle and it looked like I had been in a car wreck it was so awful the dirty needle left slash marks that were raised above my skin after going to Dr, Chiang the lines have disappeared. His office is clean and Nancy his assistant is always so polite and professional. Not only do you get results from Dr. Chiang, they always go the extra mile! We love you Dr.Chiang.
