Dr. Edward Frank Drass, MD

Went here to get a medical certificate. There was an error on the paperwork, not their mistake. I notified them as soon as I arrived and told them clearly to use my ID for the correction of the final certificate which is exactly what the FAA told me to do. In the end they did not listen and used the original paperwork and not the ID. When I told them of now their error the attitude was really poor. I called them a few weeks later to get an update and was treated in an incredibly rude manner. I secretary actually hung up on me twice it was truly unreal. Doctor himself was fine but has to take responsibility for this staff. The front staff are incompetent and very very rude. Go elsewhere.

Doctor Dress is kind and friendly. His office staff is very friendly. Dr. Drass is retiring soon. Dr. Dress does not over book his appointments with his patients. You have to be on time for your appointment. If I call for a prescription for my pills it doesn't take that long for him to call it in to the pharmacy.

I really like Dr. Drass because he really cares about his patients and listens to what I say.

office staff including the office manager ( his wife) are rude to the point when asking a simple question of if they filed past claims with my insurance she said i don't know Im not in front of your file and if you don't like it find another doctor. When i talked to Dr Drass about it, he claimed she must of been having a bad day and said I'm sure you can understand bad days... on to to Dr Drass, he will make follow up appointments and go over the same information with you that he did last visit and then charge you more. Mind you the new medication never once mentioned in the follow up visit. He asked the same questions on every visit like he forgot or wasn't listening. He is not a good Dr. he should consider retiring, or find a job he enjoys as he clearly doesn't enjoy what he does.

Staff is extraordinarily rude and condescending. doctor very abrupt and uncaring, does not follow up or return calls. would not recommend to anyone.

Unprofessional and rude staff. Over charges for unnecessary visits. I would not recommend to anyone.
