I have never spent an hour in a dermatologist office before. I felt unnecessary spraying and billing the insurance company. Only went for quick check up. Previous exam by another dermatologist said I had no problems.

nice people and they actually act like they care, unlike other places......

Had appt. scheduled, filled out the paperwork. Mentioned that I disagreed in signing a form that says if I miss an appt. I would pay $85 but said I would sign it anyway. Was asked to leave and told that they did not want to service me and would call the authorities if I didn't leave. This is a dr. I previously used years back and he was a good dermatologist but I will never visit that office or refer him again and deal with such rude staff.

Was 6 minutes late to an appt that I had for 4 months. Empty waiting room. Dr saw me come in but refused to see me. Only dermatologist I've ever seen. Looking for a new doctor.

Reception staff is horrible.Also they charged me heavily eventhough they told it will be covered by insurance during the visit.

Went to see Dr. Edwards for the first time 2 days ago. Pleasent Doctor, and staff.

Lovely Doctor, no complaints.

Do not miss your appointment it will cost ya 85.00 and they don't want to hear it. You know 45. 00 is reasonable , and yes they reminded that I in fact signed the form. Oh well another doctor down the drain with greed. If you read this Doc. I was in bed for 3 days for a lung infection. I have prof.

Dr Edwards is a true professional, not like most dermatologists who do botox and sell French spa creams. He is a warm and serene person who put me at ease. His staff are both friendly and courteous. My only complaint is the dark curtains in his waiting room!

The office staff is extremely rude. Apparently his son is running the office and what a disaster. Sent me a bill for $85.00 for not canceling appt or ...
