Dr. Ferris took the time to look in my chart for history related to my visit, BEFORE coming in to see me. He knew dates, diagnoses, procedures, doctors, etc. That meant a lot to me because I was very nervous, and I didn't have to talk much about that difficult period in my life. He reviewed my current issues, and discussed treatment options with me. He gave options and recommendations for treatment. His treatment instructions and reasons for follow up were clear. He asked if I had other concerns or questions while still seated; not while opening the door. He was kind, and made eye contact. This was a great appointment.
