Dr. Edward Cruz Juarez, MD

Dr. Juarez is the most knowleadgable doctor and kind r that I have ever encounter. The long wait soon became no issue when he found the right diagnosis just by his thorough assessment. He gave me hope when other doctors kept telling me there was nothing wrong worn me

waited 2 1/2 hrs to see Dr. (and I was 1/2 hr early so that ,makes it a 3 hr wait in total). Once I got into the waiting room I had to wait another 45 minutes before the Dr. came in to see me. The PA took my height measurements using a clip board that he put on my head then had me move away from the chart and then he detemined my height using the edge of the clipboard that he put on my head. This was my 1st and last visit to this Dr. I did call the specialist that recommended Dr. Juarez and let him know how unprofessional Dr. Juarez's staff is. Dr. Juarez needs to hire a professional office manager and clean house, it is making his practice look like a practice from a 3rd world country.
