I felt very great about the care I received from Dr. Kampsen and Dr. Austin. They explained things in a very easy-to-understand manner and truly helped. The office staff of Jane for vitals, Shannon for background questions, and Rachel at check out. I really like the office staff. I was kept waiting 50 minutes which was annoying but it happens sometimes so I didn't freak out.

To the point where I could almost only breath through my mouth and on a c-pap at night. After surgery no more c-pap and I can actually smell and breathe again.

I am able to avoid sinus surgery by treating the reflux first. 2nd and 3rd opinions were against surgery and I'm glad I didn't do it.

Tells it like it is but has a sense of humor. His caring and concern for her patience is genuine. His staff is awesome especially Scott

I love Dr. Kampsen and his office! After suffering with mouth breathing, allergies, and a history of chronic bronchitis my entire life... Dr. Kampsen made the connection between my deviated septum and breathing problems on my first visit. The process was seamless and I could not be happier with the results. The recovery was uncomfortable, but once the packing was removed, I began to notice a huge improvement in my breathing that continued to improve as the swelling reduced. I can not say enough good things about my decision to seek care with Dr. Kampsen and his staff.

Dr. Kampsen lacks bedside manners and compassion. He doesn't care if he is hurting you. He performed two in-office procedures on me, and hurt me so bad, it brought me to tears. He didn't care. He just plowed through the procedures even though his nurse tried to discreetly tell him to ease up, because I was in obvious pain. He also did surgery on me to fix my deviated septum. I never saw him at the hospital. He did not check on me before or after the surgery. I didn't see him again until the follow-up appointment a week later in his office, where he was rude and inconsiderate to me. My best advice to you: Go somewhere else.

Very Displeased with Dr. Kampsen. We barely got to see him from the first visit to after the surgery. You only deal with the nurse and Trent the PA. He took my daughters tonsils out. We probably saw Dr. Kampsen a total of 7 minutes from the first two visits PERIOD. We saw Trent the PA for the pre-op. When the surgery was over Trent the PA came out - never saw the doctor on day of surgery. When we went for post-op - saw Trent the PA again. She cam through the surgery fine but the next two weeks were horrible. Called the office twice and he would not see her - just referred us to the ER. Ended up in ER with an infection and horrible pain. After a bag of fluid and morphine we took her home. He is rude, very unconcerned with patients and relies on his PA Trent to do everything. Very disappointed.

He tried to perform surgery on me without the proper and necessary instruments. He is arrogant, incompetent and a quack

I was impressed years ago when I first started seeing this dr. He did my surgery and I had an amazing experience. Tina in billing has been great at helping me figure out my way through insurance! The staff up front has always been friendly and helpful as well.
