Dr. Edward Charles Keating, MD

Dr. Keating is a great doctor but this is overshadowed by a below average office staff. I have called the office with questions and have not received a call back. I have asked for a call from the office regarding test results and have had no response. The nurses in the Coumadin lab are great...they call weekly with needed dosage information and are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The doctor was (is ) excellent & his bedside manner very good. He explains everything well & his treatment really works! The only problem is that the office "help" needs more experience & training in being people oriented & a lot more assistants are necessary The 'phone system is horrific & the patient always gets an answering machine to explain his symptoms or needs to ! You never know if the assistant got your message. Very frustrating, but probably worth it as the Doctor seems so caring & skilled.
