I had ear pain I visited his office and he just collect $40 cash and looked at my nose and said there is nothing Come again next week I will check again. He is zero Don’t waist your time and money

Dr. Lee diagnosed my thyroid cancer and performed thyroid removal. He is extremely skilled in surgery of this type. But he also has excellent bedside manner, never rushed, spends time answering all questions and he's a very kind human being.

I felt like this doctor did not listen to me or believe me and I left frustrated. He tried to mansplain things to me and did that male doctor ego thing.. I won't go back. He actually argued with me. Why is it in every single industry the customer is "right"? However, not in the medical industry, the patient is literally never right?

My daughter had been referred to and been seen by another ENT in Fullerton several times for a bump in he ear. Each visit was accrued an out of pocket expense for us as well as we had to pay per hour for parking. To make it worse, we had to wait and wait to been seen. After a few times of, "just check back in a month" and paying the $200 bill, I decided to get a second opinion, and am I GLAD WE DID! First, you get validation for your parking, how nice is that? Second, the office staff was oh so nice, not at all like the other location in Fullerton, some one needs to teach his staff the art of good customer service over there. Next, we were seen rather quickly by Dr Lee. He was warmth, compassion, and care of my daughter took me by surprise! He spoke to her in a way that made her feel safe and not scared like before. Any would you know, a little look in the ear and a pull with a tweezer and a little bead was removed! I could not believe it! We told him that we liked him so much that we… didn't want to leave and wish we needed another reason to come back. :-) He wrote up a nice letter stating that everything was taken care of, I came back the next day (got my parking validated again) and the nice lady at the reception desk gave me the letter with a smile. In a nut shell, if you need an ENT and do not go to Dr Lee, you REALLY need to!
