Dr. Edward Francis Mcclay, MD

To start the Dr. is busy because he is good and well liked. He has treated me and wife with respect. Shortly after diagnosis and deciding on course of actions I started reading too much on the internet and freaked out a bit. I called the office with a million questions and really just needed to here from him what we were doing was right. He called me at home and we talked. It was great, I needed to hear from him again this was a good direction. Over the nearly 5 years I have been in remission twice. After surgery and chemo all was good for about 6 month until it showed up in my Lungs. We radiated that and seemed fine. Again it showed up in my liver and lung and went back to Chemo. It has been about 6 months and I am on an Avastin regimen and so far so good. PET scans every three months. I do have good insurance. So we keep on this and will continue to for as long as I can. Nearing the 5 year mark has not been easy. But Dr. McClay and his staff are great

Had no idea why I was there, twice! Not prepared to discuss test results - didn't have images and said it would take a week to get them. All this after I called a few days before to make sure they had them before my appt. I was told yes too. A VERY unorganized Dr. where you are just a number instead of a life.
