Dr. Edward Conrad Robles

Dr Robles might have had good reviews in the past but the quality of care has really gone downhill. He has exactly 15 minutes for each patient, even if you are there to get injections. He is too busy typing in the computer to even look you in the face or answer your questions. Sometimes all a doctor needs to do is listen for a patient to feel understood especially when they are in pain. I know the other doctor that was practicing with him has left for another neurology office. This has doubled the patients and completely reduced the quality of appointments and care. If you don’t have time for patients, maybe you shouldn’t have patients at all.

A problem exists with this dr. as he explains nothing, doesn’t answer questions, and No care. I’m without any solution and broke from various tests. Why? I expect a solution and purpose for the tests. I received none. All I have is an empty wallet.

I have given up! Here's a Dr., who has the ability to change and improve people's lives, and doesn't. Why? What happened to caring Dr., who care about your quality of life. It doesn't exist here I can tell you!

I found this Dr. to be a bit unusual. He seems highly intelligent in that you are analyzed but doesn't take the time to explain anything. I have left that practice every time in tears as a result of lack of information. I explain this, but it doesn't seem right he avoids answering questions, switching topics, and seems primarily interested in tests. The whole point is to get to treatment, and so far this is a problem. I am moving on elsewhere, as after a year of patience with no understanding, of my problem, I'm moving on. He is intelligent in that he seems to address part of your health, but provides no answers, and doesn't fully address your problem, and give complete treatment. I have no understanding of what my future is going to be, and what kind of care I should need with my problem.

I saw him for a movement disorder. To be honest, he just didn't offer up much explanation about my condition or about his treatment plan. I asked him to explain several different ways, but he just wasn't good Andra laying the information to me and away I understood or needed it. I am now looking for another neurologist.

Seemed unconcerned and remote. Didn't seem very interested in my case. Plus never touch me or looked at me. Always typing with his back to me.He never explained anything to me or the reason for changing some of my meds. He seemed angry about something unknown to me. Seemed to be having a bad day. I would not recommend him. Will be changing my neurologist..

Not very caring or personable.

Overall it has been hard dealing with what is going on. Dr Robles has been great in helping me and my family with this. His staff is awesome they all care about the whole person.
