My daughter was treated by one of his PAs for a sebaceous cyst. After 3 visits of injections, the cyst enlarged to about 5 times its original size, was full of pus and his office staff would not give her an appointment because it was too close to the weekend and required a drain. I took her to another dermatologist who actually saw my daughter himself, injected some lidocaine, slightly lanced the cyst to let it drain by itself (no drain necessary). He put her on antibiotics and removed the sac 2 weeks later. It healed up beautifully without any problems. Because of this PA and the front office staff my daughter would never go back to his office. They had absolutely no compassion for my daughter's pain and it was too important for them to get out of the office on time. Dr. Rohaly himself is a very nice and compassionate man, but his staff sucks!

Had 8:15am appt because I thought it would eliminate wait time. Wasn't seen until 9:30am. He didn't ask me any questions about anything. Looked and made an analysis based on text book learning. Unfortunately the body didn't know that it was supposed to follow the rules of a medical school dermatology text book. He in terms told me I was lying, needed a psychiatrist, had mental/emotional disorders. I tried to give him more information and he interrupted and didn't let me finish with his reply being - we can go around and around but what you are saying doesnt make any sense and isn't the case. Thankfully I had someone in my family present with me in the exam room to see/hear what happened so they got the experience first hand, while knowing that what I was saying was indeed the truth.He sent me out the door with a Rx for a medication that was contra-indicated for a very specific and serious pre-existing condition that I have. There was only one pre-existing condition contra-indicated… for that medication and it was the one I had and that was indicated on my first time visit patient papers that I had filled out when I arrived.Useless visit. Abusive.

What a caring Doctor!! So down to earth and easy to talk to!! I would recommend him to anyone!! His staff is very nice also!
