Dr. Edward Raymond Wong, MD

He is a nice doctor. He gave his judgement and advice correctly to my syndrome. By the way, it is not fair for a patient to give him one star feedback based on his not willing to shake hand with the patient but using elbow in this pandemic.

The Dr. refused to listen to the patient was demeaning and accusatory. His medical advise was poor and it required another 2 visits to HVMA with others doctors who treated the patient and who recovered quickly thereafter. Whatever I am charged for the appointment is a total waste of money.

Dr. E. Wong is extremely knowledgeable and has his patients best interest in the forefront of his mind. His demeanour is kind, direct and to the point yet he is very patient and answers your questions. I would highly recommend him.

Worst doctor experience I've had. I left after a short period of time because he had no care of what my issues were. He tried to put me on two serious medications without even talking to me and getting to know me. Do Not go to him

He has been my PCP for more than 10 years. He has always been correct but not very involved with the patient. On the last visit it seemed very rude to me when I wanted to say goodbye and as I always do, I extended my hand. He did not take my hand and extended his elbow saying that he does not touch the hand of clients, which he always did previously. But then he asked if the secretary had liked what he did and they both started to laugh. I found it very rude and not professional. Do not want to take the hand I understand, but do not joke around in my face. I'm the one paying the bill, I should be treated with more respect.

Amazing medical care. Friendly. Funny. Excellent skill. Couldn't be better

He was my PCP for over 15 years. During that time I would visit him after have been sick for three days. Every time I saw him he would brush me off and send me on my way using over-the-counter medicine. One time I had a stiff neck and I couldn't get out of bed for three days. He treated me as if it was nothing told me to take ibuprofen and go home. As it turned out a few years later I had a herniated discs in my neck. I would routinely see him was serious problems as they arose. He would routinely just do anything to get me out of his office. When I went out of network to see specialists because I had PPO plan, he was very upset with me that I was taking my business out of his network. Following up afterwards if I would ask him for advice about the situation but it went on the network, he would shrugged his shoulders and with attitude tell me that it's not his problem I went out-of-network.

Simply rude. Dismissive of long term chronic pain sufferers. I was offended by his dismissal of my desire for something as simple as an MRI, despite my suffering knee pain for roughly 30 years. I won't get into many details online, but I have never been treated with such arrogance and lack of care in my entire life. I don't ask for miracles from a doctor, but do I expect basic human courtesy, and Dr. Wong is shockingly lacking in this basic trait. If you like being talked down to and treated as an annoyance, Dr. Wong is your guy!

Excellent doctor! Kind and caring, very thorough and knowledgeable.
