haven't seen him in about 6 years, but when i did he was my favorite doctor! I moved away from Indy! I miss him! He was the best neurologist I ever had!

The front office girls are so friendly

There is a very high turnover rate with his staff. I believe he is difficult to work for. Also he doesn't follow-up with his patients, so if you have an allergic reaction to something he prescribes, he will tell you to see someone else.

Called to confirm 11-week appointment and was told that a bunch of pre determination letters were sent out a week ago. They cancelled my appointment and told me to call back in a week or two. Didn't look up my case individually. Have tried calling and leaving messages for past two weeks...no return call from the office. This is unusual since there hasn't been a problem in the past year, but very unprofessional. I would suggest hiring more capable office staff.

He has a great bedside manner. I went through so many different IV and prescription treatments and a botox treatment with him and ended up dependent on narcotics. The worst advice from him was to take the narcotic painkillers I had as soon as I got a headache (which was everyday, starting every morning). He couldn't refill my vicodin rx but told me to take as much as I needed and I ended up in withdrawal when I ran out (due to taking so much). I later found a good neurologist. I get that headaches are hard to treat, but his advice caused more harm than good.

I was having chronic migraines with episodes of vertigo (vestibular) and extreme nausea. I had been misdiagnosed as having menieres disease by a Southside doctor and was being inappropriately treated for the wrong illness. I had almost given up hope of a normal life when I found Dr. Zdobylak. He immediately came to the right diagnosis and with IV therapy restored by health. I thank God that we have Dr Zdobylak in our community!
