From the moment he entered the room, he displayed a hostile and dismissive demeanor, failing to introduce himself or approach the consultation with even the most basic level of respect. Instead of engaging in a professional discussion, he immediately adopted an aggressive stance, spoke in a condescending tone, and refused to listen or acknowledge reasonable questions. Rather than taking the time to assess the situation carefully, he jumped to an unverified conclusion within seconds of entering the room, making a shocking and unsubstantiated claim without reviewing records, asking clarifying questions, or conducting any form of examination. When questioned about how he arrived at his conclusion so quickly, his response was not one of professionalism,… but of irritation and aggression. He repeatedly raised his voice, stepped closer in an intimidating manner, and spoke over any attempt to clarify concerns. This behavior was not only unprofessional but created an uncomfortable and hostile environment that no patient should ever have to experience. What was most alarming was his refusal to provide care. Instead of fulfilling his responsibility as a healthcare provider, he abandoned the consultation, walked out without offering assistance, and never returned. This left me waiting longer for another provider while dealing with unnecessary distress caused by his unprofessional behavior. His lack of professionalism, failure to address concerns, and outright refusal to provide appropriate medical attention is completely unacceptable for someone in his position. A licensed medical professional should never be this hostile, dismissive, or unwilling to engage in a basic conversation about patient concerns. Edwin Aldrin Cunanan, NP, demonstrated none of the qualities expected of a competent and ethical healthcare provider. His inability to communicate respectfully, his aggressive attitude, and his refusal to offer care should raise serious concerns for anyone considering seeing him. If you are looking for a professional, competent, and respectful medical provider, I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would not trust Edwin Aldrin Cunanan, NP, with any aspect of my medical care.
