Dr. Edwin Michael Holt, MD

I had to wait forever in his office to see him and then he scheduled my surgery weeks later. He did my knee replacement OK but he actually yelled at me because I chose to go to a facility for a week for care after surgery. He insisted that I go home which I would not do it because I only had my 85 year-old husband to care for me. Later I fell and broke my kneecap which he tried to repair but there was more wrong. He did not check that out at the time. He told me he could do some things to help but after seven months he still hadn’t scheduled anything. I would never go back to him. Very uncaring.

waited for over an hour just to have 5 mins discussion had to prompt him about the injuries to my knee. He didn't seem like he even wanted to help, kept talking about what would have to happen 10 to 20 years from now. With having to continually ask about the results from a MRI was the only way to get answers that were dismissive at best. He may be a good surgeon but I was not impressed as to his dementor. Seriously thinking about NOT having surgery at all, after my meeting with this Dr.

I have seen Dr Holt for years for damage done to my knees due to a car accident. I was very hesitant to have knee replacement surgery. Dr Holt replaced my right knee in Nov 2017 and my left knee in Feb 2018. I wish I had done it sooner. The constant pain is gone and I feel I am getting better every day. Dr Holt is very positive and knew this would improve my quality of life. He was right?? I feel Dr Holt and his team took exceptional care of me before, during, and after surgery. I would absolutely recommend Dr Holt to everyone with knee problems. He and his staff are the best!!!

Cannot say enough good about Dr Holt and the excellent care I received with my knee replacement. He keeps you totally informed about what happens in surgery, after you come home and what to expect after you heal and recover. His care and caring are both right on target. I had no surprises. The class and vital information kept me involved as well as prepared. I was provided everything I needed to get ready for my new "lease on life" with my new joint replacement. I'm very appreciative God led me to him and his superior staff. My heartfelt thanks to this wonderful surgeon/staff.

Dr Holt is an excellent doctor and I am proud to call him my Doctor best doctor there is.

I had total knee replacement in 2013 and I would choose him as my surgeon again. Very pleased with him.

no attention to post op patient care

Dr. Holt has got to be the best orthopedic surgeon for knee replacements. My husband has needed knee replacements for a long time due to use, wear, age etc. His left leg was bowed due to an injury years ago. It has been one week since my husband had his bilateral knee replacement, and he is doing great. My husband can't believe that after all these years, he can finally put his knees together, and he is walking without pain. Our family and friends can't believe how well he's doing. Dr. Holt has changed my husband's quality of life. I would highly recommend Dr. Holt.

Dr. Holt doing double total knee replacement on my knees was a wonderful experience! Sure the physical therapy was tough but that is to be expected. He had a great comforting personality. He did everything he could to be sure I would be comfortable during my recuperation. All my family and friends were astounded at how quickly I recovered!!

My whole experience with Dr. Holt was exceptional. He spent all the necessary time in diagnosing my problem, telling me what he thought was best for it, he listened to all my concerns and worked with me in solving the problem to both our satisfactions. When told I had questions, he sat and talke with me until I felt good about what was happening. Did excellent after my knee surgery. Have only the highest regard for this Doctor and his Staff.
