The Invisalign treatment Dr. Riley gave me was done so badly that it caused permanent damage to my teeth, irreparably impairing my bite, leaving me in pain and only able to eat soft food. (And he never even noticed that one tooth remained twisted, without room to straighten.) He insisted he could fix everything, but I only later learned it was unfixable from an orthodontist. The only option she had was to painstakingly supervise me in a year-plus-long process, trying to undo as much as possible of what Dr. Riley did to me, and I am so grateful to her for the somewhat improvement. But after the expensive and arduous Invisalign treatment, I’m still left with teeth as crooked as before, residual pain, and most significantly, an impaired bite for the rest of my life, making it difficult to eat and impossible to eat certain foods. This has been devastating.
