If you are looking for a medical office that cares about patients (for you or your parents), this is not the place! The MD never sees patients. He is lucky that he has an extraordinary PA. If you are looking for a doctor that can see you after visiting the ER or Walk-in clinic this is not the place. My dad (68 years old) was very sick and they want him to wait for a week for an appointment. He had to visit the ER and after the visit, they didn’t want to see him immediately. After begging (can you imagine your senior father begging for a doctor to see him!!!??) they got upset because “he doesn’t understand” and hanged up the phone rudely. A few weeks later he received a letter from Northeast GA denying any type of medical service in any of their offices. Are you kidding me??? Northeast GA has a monopoly in the Buford area!!! This is a nightmare that I wish no one should go through, especially when the patient is a cancer survivor. Of we are now looking for new doctors and… specialist, but the whole family and friends. It is unacceptable to deny medical services!
