Worst dr. And staff no one answers the phones don’t get back to you with test results

I saw Heather for a refill and a sinus infection. They allow the front desk to call in prescription and they never called. They never answer their phones. Heather was great but the rest of the off is terrible.

After spending an hour filling out the best health history form that any doctor's office has ever had to offer, I was really hyped that maybe this would be a physician that would be comprehensive and listen to me. Sadly, I was mistaken. She did not take even take a peak at the comprehensive forms that I filled out. I was called to come back into the office after every lab work was finished (3x) to discuss the findings....even when there was really no need to do so as it was minor and could have been discussed over the phone...it felt like she was only after the money. The last straw was having to repeatedly ask the Med Assistant by phone to refill my thyroid medication....something that should have been done after one of the office visits. I was fortunate that I had asked 10 days before I ran out of the medication as it took two weeks to get a refill....that could have been life threatening. I literally had to show up in their office and demand that they refilled… it. I'm an RN and wont be back.

My experience puts this Doctor's office's integrity, honesty, and professionalism in question. After paying my portion of the bill, I rec'd a bill 7 months later for hundreds of dollars. Dr. Nadir was an "in-Network Provider", however her staff billed the insurance company incorrectly and when the insurance company said that they weren't going to pay, her office came after me - for their mistakes. The "new" Finance Manager now admits their error - after I had to spend a lot of time explaining it. The Finance Manager agreed to then send me a letter saying that I owed nothing. Here, almost a month later and still no letter. You might want to think twice about working with this Doctor.

I know there has to be a good reason the doctor was disrespectful towards me during the 3 minutes I saw her. There was no examination but my insurance was billed for a 25 minute visit. I guess all lives don't matter, or mine didn't.

I suffer from a rare form of dementia. I have a neurologist for that so I do not expect the doctor to know about it. Most never heard of it. It seems the doctor assumed many things about my disease that I found so NOT about my brain disease. She grouped me in with others who have dementia and she told me I could live for another 30 years. That was so offensive and so wrong. It took me 5 years to accept that my disease is worse than most other dementia and that my son would be an orphan at 25. Only recently, I have totally accepted this. To have a doctor say something about your disease that is not true was upsetting. I find this kind of doctor behavior dangerous. They don't listen and she did not either. She wasn't comprehending that my dementia is rare. She just kept saying ridiculous things that made no sense was totally Very disappointed in the so called professionals who think they know something that doesn't apply to me. She accused me of faking not understanding what she was… saying. Another negligent action. I HAVE BINSWANGER'S DISEASE. Finally, because of my disease I was totally thrown for a loop. I heard her talking but was not processing it. I have had this brain disease for almost 8 years and the average lifespan is 6-10. There has been NO ONE who has lived past 10 years. I find it irresponsible to tell me when she didn't even google it when I was there. IF SHE WAS A GOOD DOCTOR, SHE WOULD HAVE RESEARCHED THE DISEASE. THERE IS NO EXCUSE. SHE JUST DID NOT CARE.

Moved here from california. I have a very complicated medical condition known as hydrocephalus dandy walker. I have been in and out of hospitals for years. This dr Complained about the amount of times I was in the emergency room, and filed a case with my insurance saying I was only able to see one dr. Messed up my insurance, my neurosurgeon tried getting it removed since it messed up my insurance. Have had over 100 brain operations. Glad to know I am moving and insurance will no longer be insurance. This dr needs to become more aware of hydrocephalus and not judge patients or question them. Already filed a complaint with insurance over this dr. I would not recommend this dr. I have never had a dr who did not know what I have. This Doctor always questioned my medical condition and my being admitted in the hospital when I had brain operations. Not a great Doctor

I have been trying for three months to get a follow up visit after some VERY EXPENSIVE labs!

spent only about a minute at the bedside.not very intelligent.

Doctor is very competent and caring. She is thorough with her patients and has a very compassionate staff around her. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends.
