Time to retire. Physicians are not at liberty to have meltdowns. The negative attitude has affected your entire office staff who appear to be suffering in misery. Frustrated doctor, office staff and patients. Forgot your code of ethics along the way. Time to retire and practice your parenting advice at home.

Very disappointed in Dr. Aicardi after many years of using her services for our children. When our youngest was very ill, Dr. Aicardi was unable to make a diagnosis. We struggled for two years with Dr. Aicardi; desperate for guidance and referrals to specialists. She was extremely uncooperative and unwilling to assist us in moving forward and contacting the appropriate specialists. She was incredibly aggitated and stressed during phone calls and during appointments, driving our child to tears in meetings because she clearly did not believe that our child was ill nor was she willing to simply listen to our complaints and symptoms. She was stressed,overwhelmed and unprofessional at our last visit which ended our relationship with her practice. We have located specialists who were able to diagnose our child with a late-stage disease. Our child is undergoing treatment; unfortunately this took two years and our child suffered terribly.

I have brought my 12 yr old son to Dr Aicardi since he was born. I can always get an appointment for my son. If there aren't any appointments available in the marin office where we usually go, they welcome us to the SF office. Every time we've gone in to the office, the wait time is always less than 15 mins - even when we were added on.She is very patient and will spend a lot of time explaining if it is needed. Her advice is always thoughtful, full of common sense and practicality.
