Dr. Eileen Mary Hession, MD

I recently started seeing Dr. Hession and sadly am already seeking care elsewhere. During an appointment I expressed concerns about having several prescriptions filled in a timely manner, especially in light of going out of town -this was over a week in advance. Fast forward to the day I ran out of my medications: Dr. Hession not only failed to complete my prescriptions, she also ignored the messages I sent over the portal in advance and didn't respond to my phone calls. She waited until the end of her work day to finally fill the scripts by which point the pharmacy was unable to fulfill the entirety of my order and had to wait until the next day to begin to sort through several mistakes. As a result I was denied my medication in a timely manner which needlessly worsened my physical condition. I have other concerns about Dr. Hession, which I accrued after several appointments. In short, I do not feel listened to by this doctor and do not feel as if she has my best interests at heart.… She also appears lazy and apathetic.

Dt. Hession is intelligent and compassionate. She develops a wonderful rapport with her patients. I feel quite fortunate to have her as my physician.

Dr. Hession is so easy to talk to and really listens to your concerns. I have never been so happy with my primary care provider.
