Dr. Eileen Plotkin is a gastroenterologist who also practices hospital medicine and internal medicine, bringing 16 years of clinical experience to her patients. She earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and completed her residency training at Yale University School of Medicine.
