He took the time to listen to my concerns, he showed empathy, he asked if I had any questions, he was confident in his recommendations for me

I left the visit feeling stressed and disrespected, and I believe the interaction fell short of the professional and patient-centered standards I expect from your practice.From the start, Dr. Ingall did not introduce himself or explain his role, and the appointment began abruptly. During the initial questioning, I was asked in a manner that felt prejudicial and accusatory-for example, I was questioned about X-rays in a way that implied financial motives ("was it money," etc.), despite the fact that I was not the one who requested imaging and was not previously asked to make any decisions about it. If there was a misunderstanding between my referring provider and Dr. Ingall, that should have been clarified professionally without projecting assumptions onto me as the patient.As the visit continued into the diagnostic discussion, the tone and style of questioning felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, to the point that I became frustrated and increasingly uncomfortable. Regardless of… how busy a day may be, patients should be treated with basic courtesy, clear communication, and respect.

Dr Ingall is terrific: efficient, upfront, knowledgeable, and honest.

Dr. Ingall was able to assess the urgency of my needs and work me into his schedule. He was very thorough and explained every step of the process. He me with me before my surgery and discussed the outcome with my wife post-surgery. I am very pleased with the service he provided and his expertise as it pertained to my injuries.

Provider explained what to expect after surgery, and what the time limits are for healing. Made me feel more at ease and less stressed.

Dr. Ingall was very personable and explained to me what he thought was going on with the pain in my left foot. He also showed me the X-rays and explained to me where that pain was actually coming from.

He told exactly what would happen and how he would handle it.
