If I had checked all of the reviews for the doctor, I would have known not to come to this woman. The glowing reviews she has are only for women who have cancer or are pregnant. She was rude as soon as she walked into the door. She acted as if the appointment was a burden to her rather than her job. She constantly interrupted me when I tried to ask her questions or speak to her about my problems, harshly saying, “WAIT, WAIT.” When I asked her for a simple and very common test that my primary physician recommended it, she dismissed it right away and said “ We don’t do that, I’ll give you birth control and see what happens”. When giving me a pelvic exam she was very rough with the speculum and caused me a lot of pain (which also caused heavy bleeding later on) which I expressed. She made a face at me, as if I should not be feeling pain from her rough handling and that it was an annoyance to her. I guess she assumed that women with children do not feel pain. She was an extremely rude,… apathetic, dispassionate, and rough individual with little compassion and regard for what her patients are suffering with. I have met many doctors that have struggled with helping me or have been greedy or incompetent, but never have I met a rude and uncaring doctor like Elaine Huber.

Dr Huber has always been very professional and friendly. She clearly states what procedures are going to be done and is thorough in her exams. I had recommended one of my co-workers' wife to her - she could not say enough nice things about how wonderful Dr Huber was to help her through a hysterectomy.

Dr. Huber is very rough in doing pap smear. when I reached home, I realized I was bleeding, She dosn't explain about the procedures, and not very personel. I won't recommend her to any. Her staff is friendly, office is clean.

I like Dr Huber. I'm just wondering if she listened to me on my last visit. We discussed the generic birth control that is cheaper. But I told her that I DON'T want it now because I am going away in May. I said MAYBE after May we can consider it. She agreed. Yet when I picked up my birth control it was the generic one. I told the pharmacist that it must be wrong. I've been on the same birth control for over 13 years. So I asked for my regular birth control. Unfortunately the price has more then doubled because of the "Doctor" switching the birth control to the generic brand. It looks as if I'm asking for a special request for the normal one I've been taking. If she had listened to me this wouldn't have happened. I called today and talked to the girl in office and explained everything. I got a call back from someone else asking what was going on. Did anyone communicate? Is anyone listening? Just frustrated. I called back at 4:45. They had left the office. They are suppose to be open to… five. Hopefully tomorrow it gets resolved. All I need is the doctor to prescribe the original birth control I have been on for years. Then hopefully the price will drop back down. It's already expensive I don't want to pay double for it because of the doctors mistake.

I went to see her for tubal ligation and even though she had poor bedside manners I did not have any complaints about the procedure. 5 years later my 19 year old had issues with fibers in her ovary. So I took her to Huber for a second opinion. Huber recommend surgery to see what was going on with my daughter. She went in and removed my young daughters ovary and then came to tell me she had to in the waiting room. No discussion, nothing...

I saw this dr for routine annual Pap smear. She was always quick and rough with speculum. No Bedside manner. Quick to get in and out of the room. The second time I saw her my Pap smear came back abnormal and she had to do a biopsy and a push test. She was extremely rough and it was so painful. I guess she thinks once you have given birth you no longer require sensitivity. She was insensitive to me during my Followup results visit when I asked her to explain my results again. I have never felt so disappointed by a physician in my life. In this field , woman need a doctor who will be sensitive to their genealogical needs and not make us feel like the exam is like a drive through.

No bedside manner at all. Staff is very nice. The dr spends hardly any time at all with you and she has no bedside manner. I left the practice along with several other patients
