A pleasure to have as my physican -very encourage for for better health

Waited three months for an appointment. I was then rescheduled THREE times by this office over that wait time. When the appointment day finally arrived, I was told that the person who rescheduled me for the third time did not update the appointment schedule. I explained how long I’d waited for the appointment and how I’d had to take a day off from work for this appointment and that I was there at the time I was given in the third communication from the office. While the receptionist tried to be understanding and helpful, Dr. Sunderlins assistant or nurse, whichever she was, would not even look at me and was very rude and indifferent. She would not do anything to try to resolve the office mistake. Meanwhile, a patient at the window directly beside me was allowed to see the exact same doctor with NO appointment, which the patient and receptionist both openly discussed right there in front of me! The patient said she just happened to be there with a friend and this was convenient for her… “check-up.” If the rest of the staff is as cold hearted and uncaring as this person was, I am probably much better off for this horrible experience even if I do have to start all over and wait for an appointment with a more competent office.
