Dr. Elaine Czachor Turcan, DO

I liked this doctor, but when I developed a cough that lasted a month, and my chest x-ray came back normal, no follow up call or appointment was made. When the cough lasted a second month, I called the office and again a chest x-ray was ordered and again it came back normal and no call was made to me advising me what to do next. On my own I went to a pulmonologist (nothing came up there) and then to a allergist (nothing came up there) I have to assume these results came across Dr. Turcan’s desk and no one reached out to me. It was a receptionist at the pulmonologist’s office who sugggested I try a third specialist, an ENT. Success at last (THANKS TO A RECEPTIONIST!!) After 2 chest x-rays, and 3 specialists I found out I have GERD. I am actually rather disappointed in Watson Clinic overall. None of the specialists I saw even suggested a ENT. I found a new doctor because I felt Dr. Turcan should have been a little more proactive in helping me discover why I was coughing for months.

Listens to your concerns and really spends time trying to help you find the right treatment options.

Never looks into the real medical problems of patients very quick to push you off to another doctor and then its a battle to get the proper referral always dealing with the secretary's never the doctor
