Absolutely horrible. Rigid and cold in her practices. Would never recommend.

Dr. Poulter is rigid in her practice. Her demeanor is unfriendly, demeaning, and judgmental. She is impatient with the children and seems annoyed by any child-like behaviors exhibited during office visits. She is abrupt during appointments and lacks warmth in her practice. The overall office environment of this practice only worsens the experience. The office itself is dilapidated and uncared for, the toys in the waiting room are dirty and old, the patient rooms small and unaccommodating - and the office clearly lacks modernity in its equipment all around. The staff are terribly grouchy and incredibly unwelcoming. The office policies are inconvenient and harsh and make life difficult for parents needing to bring their children to the doctor's office. For instance, I was 13 mins late for an office visit with my four year old -- with good reason and had never been late for other appointments -- and Dr. Poulter refused to keep the appointment. I strongly recommend finding another… doctor and another pediatric practice.
