Very knowledgeable and great with all ages

I was extremely surprised by the lack of follow thru for my renewal on prescriptions. Even though I had my wellness physical, and my prescriptions were to be called in for refills, it did not happen. I had to call the office three times for one of the refills. The pharmacy still hasn't received the others. I realized that the complete office staff has change and the care and attention to the details is no longer there. When I called concerning my prescriptions, the clerk on the phone could have cared less and did not provide a solution. Again, it took me three times to call before one of the scripts were filled. Very disappointed at this time and this was not the norm with the older group of employees.

Great staff, doctor, and nurse. Both were prompt and explained thoroughly my condition and treatment plan.

I so enjoy going to Dr. Masid. She is caring and informative and has great, practical suggestions to promote health. She is kind and compassionate and very forthcoming with information. A wealth of knowledge!

I was able to get an appointment very easily and the staff was very efficient. Dr. Masid took her time with me and came up with a great treatment plan for my conditions. You may have to wait a little but in the end, definitely worth it! Best Doctor in St.Cloud.

Desde que llegué al consultorio de la Dra. Masid y tuve mi primer contacto con ella, abrazo mis expectativas ya que eso es precisamente buscaba un profesional en la medicina, que me escuchara, me tratara y aconsejara. Darme seguimiento a mi salud y sus recomendaciones a mis diferentes situaciones de salud me ha conectado por estos últimos 7 años que la visito. Dios siga dándole vida y salud a la Dra Masid, para que sirviendo en la comunidad de Saint Cloud.

Doctor Masid is wonderful and so is the staff!

The wait was literally two and a half hours long. My appointment was at 3 and wasn't seen until 4:30 then waited again for another 30 minutes after TWO minute visit with the actual doctor. Didn't get out of the office until almost 6 o clock and had a 3 o clock appointment. They were seeing walk ins over me and also had way too many people double booked. Very unorganized, the female medical assistant was very nice however the male receptionist is very rude and unorganized. He proceeded to say, "sup" to me when I walked in. The doctor herself isn't terrible but I only saw her for a minute because she was so over booked. There is also a strong language barrier if you are not fluent in Spanish. Haven't heard from the office since my appointment and was told we don't have room to schedule a follow up right now, call back another time. I do not recommend this practice to anyone.

Everything was fine until I needed a referral. (I believe his name was Lee). This man acted very condescending in his behavior. I needed an appointment with a specialist that was very important. A week later, still no referral. I went back to the office twice , each time he said he would get to it when he could. As a result I had to reschedule my appointment for 3 weeks later. This man is a problem for the well being of patients and success of this practice.
