I have been a patient of Dr. Greene close to 20 yrs. She is very professional, competent and knowledgeable about women's overall health. Over the years of putting my health in Dr. Greene's care, I have come to realize that she not only cares about your health, and well being, she also cares for your entire life. Very well recommended!

I've been a patient of Dr. Eleanor Greene for over 25 years. She has a huge compassion for women's health and the well being for all people. After the examination her information and instructions are clear, simple and on target. I've found her front office to be friendly and warm and her nurses to be polite. She surrounds herself with people who have the same personal care for their patients. If you are looking for a doctor who will put your health first, then I recommend Dr. Eleanor Greene.

Compassionate Willing to discuss with you in lay-womans' terms what is going on with your body and what is going to be done to medically help you. Trustworthy. I have recommended Dr. Greene to my daughter and friends looking for a new doctor. Knowledgeable. She seem is aware of new practices, procedures and medicines in the medical field.

HER PRACTICED CLOSED FOR UNKNOWN REASONS. SHE IS NOW AT BETHANY MEDICAL CENTER IN HIGH POINT WHERE ALL OF THE OTHER CROOKS AN INCOMPETENT DOCTORS ARE. HER EXAMS ARE HORRIBLE. SHE EXAMINES AS IF SHE IS MUTILATING AN ANIMAL. SHE IS ONE HORRIBLE DOCTOR AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL. SHE IS ALSO VERY ARROGANT AND WILL GIVE YOU A PHONY SMILE TO PRETEND TO CARE. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE FOR QUALITY HEALTHCARE.

I would never recommend Dr. Greene, or her practice. Every time I have called, I have been on hold for upwards of ten minutes. Her bedside manner is atrocious. I waited for my exam, dressed in the paper gown for forty minutes. I did not even meet the woman until she began my pelvic exam, which was the roughest I have ever had, causing heavy bleeding. I had real health concerns that she brushed aside as well. Then, I asked for an IUD and it took 3 MONTHS to get a reply that it had come in. And now, it will be another two months before they can perform the implantation. Also, she was supposed to call on a prescription for me the morning I left her office for a UTI, when I reached the pharmacy some hours later, there was no prescription and I had wait on the phone for half an hour before the pharmacy did finally receive one. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a physician, bar none.

This is the most unorganized I have ever been to. The secretary is an idiot and never know what she is talking about. She will continually pause for a really long time after you ask her something because she doesn't know the answer. The nurses suck and won't call you back with your test results and most of them have no experience. I recently had a nurse who complained about doctor Greene while I was in there for an exam. I had to wait naked in the exam room before dr. Greene came in to examine me!! She barely looked at me or said a word to me during the exam. She has terrible bedside manner. Then I kept getting bills from the office saying I was overdue when I had paid months earlie. It took almost a month for the guy in billing to call me back. When he did call me he was very hard to understand and didn't understand that I had already paid my bill. The office staff is terrible.

I had an excellent experience at Triad Women's Center. I am a new patient, and I found Dr. Greene and staff to be caring, personable, very professional, and patient. I arrived to the office a couple of minutes late and did NOT experience any drama. On my second appointment, I made sure I arrived 30 minutes early, and there was no waiting time. I love that! Dr. Greene took time to have a discussion with me, and the assistant worked out my insurance questions with Blue Cross. I appreciate the welcoming reception, expert care, superior customer service, follow through and professionalism at this office. Thank you very much!

Friendly staff, nice office, comfortable setting, quick visit. As a 1st time patient Dr. Greene was very nice.
