Dr. Elena Ruzzi Farrell, DO

She's great.. can be firm with you when you need it but is an excellent doctor and only has your best interests at heart. She is very knowledgeable and will take the time to explainin in layman's terms. Can't recommend her highly enough.

Dr Farrell is one doctor who care and listen.

One of the staff members basically called me a liar on the telephone today because I told her Dr. Farrell did not share the entire diagnosis she had documented in my file which she read to me over the phone. She said she did not believe that Dr. Farrell would not have told me. Well, she did not! Furthermore, as a patient, I am not entitled to a copy of my records unless I am requesting that they go to another doctor. Who ever heard of that rule? It has always been my understanding that I am legally entitled to my own medical records upon request! Stay away from these people and find another eye doctor!
