Dr. Elena Gazzola-Kraenzlin, MD

I have been going to Dr. Gazzola for the past 5 months and she has been a dream come true. As a first time Mom, I know I can get totally crazy over every little thing and ask way too many questions but never once have I felt like Dr. Gazzola was annoyed by me. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes time to get to know you and make you feel at ease. I am so happy I found her!

I saw Dr Gazzola for 2 1/2 months from the time my daughter was born. She got her first cold around the time she was 2 1/2 months, as a first time parent I wanted her to be seen. Upon calling the office, I was told she was too busy to see her. I got in my car and went to the office anyway to find the Dr had left for the day and was in fact not busy at all. I then filled out the necessary paperwork to have my daughters medical records transferred to another doctor. It has now been two weeks and they still have not received the paperwork. No doctors will see children without records confirming immunizations. She is completely negligent and entirely rude. Also at my last visit I told the dr I thought my daughter had cradle cap. After making me feel stupid about it she told me i wrong and it was sebboriac dermatitis. I googled it st home to find that it is the medical term for cradle cap. I highly recommend finding a different pediatrician.

Her staff is very rude both on the phone and in person. I was trying to get my medical records and it was a disaster especially during a hard moment in my life. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She thinks to highly of herself when there are certainly way better doctors in the area.

I wish I had found her sooner, she is so caring and takes her time. My son feels very comfortable with her. My son had Cancer and she took great care of my son, answered all questions and was even reachable via text and cell phone at all times.

I would not bring my child back to Dr. Gazzola. She has spoken disparagingly about other doctors on more than one occasion and seems to think she is above others. I don't have confidence in her and don't know that I can trust her opinions as she has given some strange advice. I would recommend you look for another doctor.

Dr. G is so great. My kids have so much fun at her office and she helped them overcome their fear of shots. She is so thorough with them, both for physicals and sick visits. I know if something were to come up I could fully trust her diligence. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants a great, passionate, and caring pediatrician.

Dr. Gazzola has an incredibly high standard of care and is a passionate, caring doctor. All my kids love her and are excited to go to see her. It is such a warm office and Dr. Gazzola spends as much time with you as you want and need. When my first son was born she spent over an hour with me, talking me through all my concerns and questions about raising my first child. She taught me all the tricks about raising a happy baby and how to properly encourage their development. I left her office feeling relieved and knew that if anything came up I could call her directly on her cell phone for advice. She is a wonderful doctor and I am so grateful for her.

Dr. Gazzola is the consumate professional. Walking into her office is like walking into your best dream about what medical care should be. She talks to my children, she listens to my children, and most importantly, as a Mother, she listens and talks to me as well. I have never been more confident in a doctor, and feel immense relief that I have found Dr. Gazzola. I am almost hesitant to write a review because I want her all to myself! If you care about your family, this should be your doctor

Dr. Gazzola is a great pediatrician. She is very straight forward and tells you what she thinks. My teenage son refused to get immunization shots for several years from his other pediatrician. She was able to talk to him, explain the reasons behind the shots and gain his trust. He loved her and I was able to have peace of mind that his immunizations were up to date. I only wish I had found her sooner for all of my sons.
