Dr Jones is an excellent dermatologist. She diagnosed and treated my hair loss. she is professional and compassionate. I highly recommend her.

This doctor is competent and professional. When I go there I get seen promptly. I never have to wait months to get an appointment. Surroundings are comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Jones is a rare find. She listens intently to your issues, with eyes on you and not a cell phone. She takes the time to assesses, carefully explains your treatment options; then administers treatment as gently as possible. She also shines because she's supported by a staff that's both kind and highly-skilled. Appointments are always a delightful patient experience.

She is a great doctor! After many years since childhood I would go to the dermatologist clinic at Jacobi and none of the doctors figured out I have eczema, it wasn't until I saw Dr Elena Jones that she diagnosed me with eczema. She prescribes medicines without recommening natural alternatives (I have been managing my eczema with natural stuff better than Rx). She also did some minor surgery on me in a private area and was non-judgemental and made me feel comfortable.
