It's been a few years since I came to her. I never got a chance to write a review. She is a doctor I will never forget. I came to her looking for answers in such a vulnerable time. She was extremely rude, told me that I can't just "make an appointment with a new doctor like that". She literally sat directly in front of me and said "look, your going to have this problem for the rest of your life and there's nothing you can do about it, so you're just going to have to learn to deal with it." If I could give negative stars I would because she does not even deserve the star they make us put on here. She is very insensitive, inconsiderate, and snooty. Wasted my time when I just needed help.

The basics... She treated me like crap. She new I was scared. Called in a nurse I didn’t want in there. scolded me and treated me poorly, when I stood up for myself, she couldn’t deal and yelled at me. She tried to refuse to let me leave 2 times! Absolutely Horrible

She showed up 35 min late to my appointment, then, she told me I was a new patient so for her to be on time is not possible. That’s one way to gain new patients... then I was telling her my symptoms for possible pregnancy or possible illness if not that and she looked and me like I was crazy and told me, they are all in my head even though I experienced them. She told me to come back in 6 months to a year when things are more of a concern and when I asked her why my symptoms are the way they are she told me she does not know why I am experiencing such symptoms and that it could be all in my head that makes me feel the way that I do.. then she told me to use an app to track the pre-ovulation cycles I showed her the app and asked her why the app states different information? She then tells me: “Actually don’t follow the app or your app is faulty but follow the app is your best bet or don’t if it is faulty but I don’t know why it does that. I have no answers.” Her bedside manner is… horrible and she was not helpful at all. I found her rude, condescending and I will not go to her again. Horrible experience.

Dr Sagayan performed my surgery. She is knowledgeable, patient, understanding and so sweet. I feel fortunate to have her as my Dr. Highly recommend!

Nice, kind, paitiant and most knowlageable OB in Livermore clinic, she answered all my questions properly . If I get pregnant 150% sure I'll choose her again.

She is knowledgeable but her bedside manner is very business like.
