Super upset and disappointed. Never gave any profesional invoices only hand written or in a form of a text message After , she was absolutely ignoring her notes and change prices, insurance was drain with procedures we never agreed or receive , office dirty and but up to code

My experience with Dr. Elena Katz was extremely disappointing, despite the initially attractive price. During the treatment before getting four veneers placed, I encountered several serious issues that made me question her qualifications and professionalism. A year and a half after the treatment, one of the veneers came off. I returned to Dr. Katz to have it reattached, but just four hours later, it fell off again and was lost forever. My attempts to discuss this problem over the phone were unsuccessful—Dr. Katz promised to call me back but never did. She ignored my calls and messages for a month. Although Dr. Katz claims to use high-quality materials, I had serious doubts. Her equipment looks outdated, and the quality of anesthesia is poor—I experienced severe pain during the nerve removal procedure. Additionally, I was referred to other specialists twice because she couldn’t complete the work, which resulted in extra costs. Dr. Katz does not offer any guarantees for her work and… warns upfront that she won’t be responsible for any issues that arise. Her communication with patients is also lacking—I felt ignored and unheard. Even after a conversation with her attorney, who tried to appeal to my emotions, I agreed to a compromise—asking only that Dr. Katz apologize and contact me. But this never happened. As a result, I have completely lost trust in Dr. Katz and cannot recommend her as a reliable and qualified specialist.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Katz for awhile and would recommend. She’s always professional and keeps appointments. I’m happy with the results of my orthodontic work so far.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Katz dental practice, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As someone who has had dental anxiety in the past, I was immediately put at ease by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the clinic. From the moment I stepped into the office, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel comfortable. They were highly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and insurance information were taken care of seamlessly. Dr. Katz is undoubtedly an outstanding dentist. With a gentle and reassuring demeanor, they took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment options available to me. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of my visit.

Unfortunately ,I can not give this office minus 5 ,because everything is bad. There is answering machine 24/7 .Hardly ever anyone picks up phone in case if you have emergencies. I could not get anyone on line and had to leave messages and then wait a long time for a return call . She charges double what my dental plan suggest. But my dental plan provider lists this office as participating dentist. Refused to provide me with cleaning .Was very rude .

I was overcharged for subpar service without follow up and had to pay another provider for the same problem . Its just not right . No one should be doing that .Office is very small, its uncomfortable especially if you are clostorphobic . Chair is old , and equipement broke several times during procedure . Dentist using unlisenced assistants without skills . My tongue ,gums and lips were cut and burned . Denstis hands were shaking during procedure ..She is not in good physical shape required for this job. She quoted one price over phone and then charged me more than twice sitting it took so long . If you need root canal go to endodontist , she is not endodontist and not very good at treating root canals . Then after procedure when you have pain ,she egnores you .So her work is not guaranteed ,she does not stand behind it . Just letting you know .And I have heard I'am not the only one. Just check out other reviews on yelp. its terrible. So many people cant be wrong .

Nice and loving people are working in the ofice. They honestly know what they are doing. The service I received was great. Dr. Sinilo -Katz is very professional. I've never felt so welcomed in a dentist office before.
