Dr. Eleonor Piquer Gutierrez-Lazo, MD

I really enjoy the fact that she has an answering service. I called several times and the answering service got a hold of her and she called me back as late as 10pm at night. It eases my mind a bit when I know what to do to help my baby after business hours. I dislike the hours of operation. I am looking for a place that I can bring her to at 9am if I needed to. All appointments in her office are for 11am thereafter. An extra 2 hours makes a difference, especially when you have a newborn who is sick the entire night before. I like that she is open Saturday mornings just in case. Its horrible to go an entire weekend with a sick baby and have to wait until Monday. Also, their billing is a bit off track. I got billed for the same date 3 times having paid already. It is super important to keep your receipts to prove payment of your copays. There are goods and bads to everyone in the end but I think this doctors office could try a bit harder to make corrections to their services.

This dr is terrible worst experience u could ever get treats u like dirt. She needs to be reviewed and stripped of her medical liscence

There never open when my child is,sick, the Dr. is mean you have to,wait about an hour to be seen, the lady at the front desk is very rude. I would never go there again.

Doctor Eleonor is very nice to deal with went seen by her. About 95% of the visits my kids were seen by the nurses, not the doctor.
