Dr. Elias M Abboud, MD

I recently had an emergency procedure done dealing with a nerve damage and nerve irritation from a TUMOR* in my head I had awhile back. I called and respecfully conveyed this to the unprofessional staff secretary COLLEEN* and not only was she unprofessional she was EXTREMELY* rude and disrespectful and hung up the phone on me after stating I canceled twice. First I was never told canceling twice you couldn't see the doctor anymore and second why am I being penalize for being in pain from Nerve damage to my head as well as after my EMERGENCY* procedure. However it's not my fault I had emergency procedure done. She knew the procedure I had was an emergency procedure and I'm disabled, yet Dr. Elias office would not accommodate me under the Americans With Disability Act and was displaying alot of discrimination against me as if my health dont matter. I'm in even more pain and stress do to the lack of professionalism dealing with Doctor Elias and his staff (specifically Colleen,) and their… lack of respect and accommodation for the disabled. I would not recommend Dr. Abboud Elias to anybody. Horrid experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Abboud for years and he has always been wonderful at diagnosing and treating problems.

This doctor was by far the most difficult doctor that I ever had to deal with. He was rude and arrogant. He became incredibly hostile when I asked him simple questions regarding the peanut allergies that he diagnosed my children with. I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else if you are an inquiring parent.
