Dr. Elisabeth Potter has become one of my most favorite people in the world! Although my experience could have been traumatic, she helped me through the stress of having a left breast mastectomy and DIEP flap reconstruction surgery. I was actually excited about having something similar to a tummy tuck. When I started developing a tummy, I used to say, "I wish I could move that fat up to my breasts." Well, watch out what you wish for! LOL! Dr. Potter and her staff (Heidi, Sarah, and Whitney) always made me feel at ease throughout the process. I was never worried and always felt everything would be great while in their hands. When I was in the hospital, at least one of them visited every day. Their professionalism and degree of knowledge (not just Dr. Potter, but Heidi, Sarah, and Whitney, as well) amaze me. It's been a few years since my procedures, but every time I go to mammograms or other doctor visits, I'm always complimented on the surgery performed on my breast. And when… they find out it was Dr. Potter who performed the surgery, they say they should have guessed because she's the best. This reference coming from other doctor's offices and other facilities is a testament to her work. She is no doubt the best in the business! Other staff at Dr. Potter's office have been extremely helpful and friendly (Geysha and Ebonie) every time I call with a question or concern. Someone always answers the phone. I have never had to leave a voicemail. If they need to check on something and call back, it always happens in a reasonable amount of time. I was lucky to be introduced to Dr. Potter by another patient who had a double mastectomy and raved about her. My Breast Cancer Team (Dr. Julie Sprunt, Dr. Karen Cohen, and Dr. Beth Hellerstedt) are the best! Make sure Dr. Potter is among them! You’ll have no regrets and will be happy to show off your new breast(s)!

I am blessed to have Dr. Potter for my micro surgeon, and her team as my advocates and care providers. Her entire staff is compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable. I am encouraged to call if I have any concerns, no matter how small. Heidi, Sarah and Whitney are great at communicating and encouraged me constantly. After a bilateral mastectomy, chemo and radiation... Dr. Potter completed my DIEP reconstruction. She is an artist with the body, so efficient that every step was planned. I was even scanned to check for success beforehand. I am in awe of my results. Her standards and expectations of everyone I came in contact with were very high, including the hospital staff. My surgery was at St. Davids Main in Downtown Austin. The staff works as a team with Dr. Potter and took care of my every need. I did not want any visitors (Covid-I could have had one). but was in the best hands. The nurses were very complimentary of Dr. Potter and followed her directions to a "T". I… wish that everyone battling cancer has a person like her on their side. She is kind, funny, compassionate, brilliant, and an inspiring young woman.

Dr. Potter is extraordinarily kind, dedicated, and talented. I've partnered with multiple medical professionals over the past several years and she is among the best of the best. This journey would have been so much harder without her.

I have had SO many compliments from friends and family on how much the reconstruction results looked natural and youthful. My experience with Dr. Potter and her staff was top-notch! So glad I chose her for my DIEP FLAP Surgeon. My body anatomy turned out to be rare, 3% of population, making it a much harder surgery. With a less experienced surgeon I don't know how it would have turned out. So very thankful for Dr. Potter's expertise!!!
