Unfortunately, I waited in the exam room for over half an hour before she came in to examine me. She is a pleasant lady and seems competent enough. The main problem is the man at reception, he coughs constantly and smell like cigarettes....yuck.

Not very professional. Left me waiting as if my time was not as valuable as hers. Did not have the courtesy to advise running late.

I was very supprised to see the slihgtly weak reviews for dr r, then i notieced they are all from the same user! I recently needed to see an ENT, and after calling serveral in the nola area, Dr. R's office was the only one who could squeeze me in. the visit was great and she was very patient and helped my issue greatly.

This was the worst doctors office i have ever experienced. The front desk worker named Eric is extremely unfriendly and flat out rude. There is really no hope for this doctors office unless the staff is changed and location, as it is very difficult to find. There are so many better ent's around a regret wasting my time coming here.
