Dr. Elise B Halajian, DO

For six months I was a guinea pig doing test after test. Dr. Halajian came highly recommended by my OB-GYN who saw her. I began having swelling in my legs. After going to an incompetent doctor who misdiagnosed it, gave me diuretics (the worst thing you can do) I eventually was able to switch HMO primaries to Dr. Halajian. She was compassionate and listened to me. Can't recommend her enough. She was thorough and frankly saved my life. If she hadn't diagnosed me and sent me to the hospital to get the right treatment for lymphedema, I'm not sure what I would have done.

Fantastic, caring doctor!

I don't understand why Dr. Halajian is getting bad reviews. I have been seeing her for years now and she has been one of the best doctors I have ever seen and I am 70 years old. She is very caring, compassionate and always professional. She will spend as much time with you as you need and will always answer your questions and make sure you understand what she is saying. I never dread seeing her like I used to with other doctors in my life. I feel lucky I found her for my doctor.

This doctor claimed she lose her license of medicine if she prescribed me a muscle relaxer.

This doctor will not take good care of you. She lacks sympathy and empathy. She will lie to her patients when they are suffering extremely. She says she can't prescibe medications a nurse practitioner can prescribe. Worthless lieing individual. Do yourself a favor and find a new occupation.
