I love Dr. Rackoff! She is the first doctor from any discipline who really listened to me. Traditional treatments for adult cystic acne did not work for me, and Dr. Rackoff's experience and knowledge led to a customized plan to meet my needs. With her help, I've been able to manage my symptoms for the last seven years with less than a handful of outbreaks. It's a bonus that she is so personable and always makes me feel like she's happy to see me.
